This Fair Use Policy explains how Unlimited* subscriptions work for Adobe Express add-ons offered by NioLeads.

Legacy credit-based plans: If you subscribed before Unlimited plans were offered for an app, your subscription continues under the credit rules shown at purchase. See Credits, subscriptions, and payments in our Terms.

What is the Fair Use Policy?

Unlimited* subscriptions are designed for normal personal, classroom, and professional creative use. Each billing period includes a generous amount of included usage at full speed. When that included amount is used up, you can wait for your next billing cycle (when included usage resets) or purchase credit packs to keep generating immediately.

This policy keeps Unlimited sustainable for everyone while remaining transparent about what is included with your plan.

Included usage

Included usage limits depend on the app, your billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), and the plan you choose. Limits are not shown on the pricing page; they apply in the background to Unlimited* subscribers only.

Longer billing periods include proportionally more included usage for the same period. When your subscription renews, included usage for the new billing period is granted and any unused included usage from the previous period does not carry over.

Who does it affect?

The vast majority of users never reach included usage limits. This policy mainly addresses extreme usage that far exceeds what is reasonable for individual creators, typical classrooms, or standard commercial workflows.

What happens if I reach the limit?

When your included usage for the current billing period is exhausted:

• Wait for reset: Included usage resets at the start of your next billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on your plan).
• Buy credit packs: Purchase a one-time credit pack anytime. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after included usage is consumed.

We do not throttle or slow down generation after you hit the limit — generation pauses until you have available included usage or purchased credits.

What if I need more?

Credit packs are available on the app pricing page at any time. They are ideal if you have steady high output and prefer not to wait for your billing cycle to reset.
